This old presbytery is located in the village of St Projet not far from Queen Margaux's castle.
This presbytery needs to be renovated but has a lot of character and a large volume.
The presbytery is entered by a stone staircase, at the front of the house there is a terrace all along the house.
Entering through the beautiful front door leads to a hall. From the hall you can access the courtyard, there's also a door to leading to the cellar.
To the left of the hall is a large room with a fireplace and entrance to the old kitchen, to the right of the hall is a large room with two fireplaces and a window to the courtyard and the front of the house.
The old kitchen also has a fireplace, a stone sink, an exit to the street and an exit to the courtyard.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor we arrive again in a hall with a door to the balcony overlooking the courtyard, to the left of the hall a beautiful room with a fireplace. To the right of the hall is also a room with a fireplace.
From the balcony you can access another large room also with a fireplace.
There is then a small corridor leading to the balcony and giving access to another room.
In the staircase is also an access to the attic, the attic has beautiful beams and a height of about 1m85.
The inner courtyard is about 25m² and has 3 entrances.
The village of St. Project is known for its castle of Queen Margaux.
