Lay-out: One of the two houses has been built on the foundations of an ancient castle and has 4 storeys. The other is a converted barn currently used as guest accommodation.

Facilities in the vicinity: 6 km away is Varen, a village with grocery, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants.
Accessibility: Three kilometres away is a railway station serving Toulouse, whose airport is 80 minutes away by car.
