Magnificent property with park and outbuidlings

This property is located in a small village 15 minutes from Saint Antonin Noble Val, 20 minutes from Cordes sur Ciel and 40 minutes from the town of Gaillac. The property is made up of the magnificently restored 19th century castle as well as numerous outbuildings, which will be described below.

The castle.
The castle has three floors and is divided into several parts.

You enter a magnificent entrance hall of 40m² on the left is the access to the rooms on the ground floor and on the right the beautiful staircase. The entrance hall and the staircase have been beautifully restored, the staircase has natural stone steps.
The stairwell serves the chateau as well as the apartment in the west wing.
Arriving on the landing, double French windows lead to the large 76m² living room of the chateau, which is divided into two parts, a first part in the dining room with magnificent stained glass windows and period parquet flooring. The living room has views of the park and a beautiful fireplace. In all this part the wood panneling has been redone.
The living room overlooks a 30m² office also with magnificent wood panneling and a beautiful fireplace. Then there is a TV lounge of 26m². Then a corridor serves a first bedroom of 11m² as well as a bathroom of 4.30m²; The master bedroom of 36m² with its own bathroom of 7.30m² with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
Here is also an access to the park.
The office also leads into a spacious and bright 35m kitchen with an old fireplace, floor tiles and a washing-up area.
Then there is a bedroom of 11m² with bathroom with bathtub, WC and sink.
The attic has an area of 368m² and covers the entire area of the chateau as well as the west wing. A small section was previousely converted into a recording studio , the rest is available for development.

West wing of the castle.
On the ground floor is the old dining room of over 67m² with double French windows to the courtyard, behind this room are WCs and 3 other rooms used as storage rooms.
There is a large vaulted cellar of 60m².
The magnificent stairwell also leads to the recently renovated apartment. We enter a corridor serving a bedroom of 16m² with parquet floor and beautiful fireplace. Then there is a bright living room of 40m² with views of the park, also with a fireplace.
A 10m² bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC.
Then there is access to the large terrace of 110m², this terrace offers a magnificent view of the park and the village and has an outside staircase to the park.


The old post office building.
This building is attached to the Castle but is not connected to it. La Poste has two entrances, the first on the park side, the second on the street side.
This building is not in use and requires renovation, however the structural work is in good condition. On the ground floor there are two large rooms with a central stairwell.
On the first floor there are three rooms. The total area per level is 97m². This building could be a perfect guesthouse, close to the Chateau but with its own entrance.

Other buildings.
There are two other buildings opposite the castle, these buildings need renovation.
- a large double garage.
- a small shed.
- an unrenovated pigeonnier.

The park.
The magnificent wooded park has an area of more than 7000m² and benefits from magnificent trees, in particular century-old cedars, chestnut trees, an old tortuous willow, the whole park is enclosed by an old stone wall.
