Beautiful house with pool, two barns and 1.5 hectares of land.

This old farmhouse is located 6 minutes from the village of Caylus and 4 minutes from the village of Parisot. It consists of a house with swimming pool, two barns on 1.5 hectares of garden, field and woodland.

The house is accessed by a small road leading to a few houses. The house is built in a U-shape. You enter through the kitchen with doors on both sides, at the rear there is a charming covered terrace with beautiful views on the pool and garden. The first barn.
This barn has a nice surface area and currently houses a workshop, the floor of the first floor has been removed but the beams are still in place. There is an awning which is used for the tractor.

Second barn.
The second stable is smaller than the first one and has one floor which is accessible via an internal staircase but also via the garden.

The garden.
The garden is maintained and consists of several plots including a field, a piece of oak forest, a field with fruit trees and a landscaped garden by the pool.
