This house is located about ten minutes from the medieval village of Najac in the Aveyron department. The gate and the driveway (private) lead to the house with a garden of approximately 6000m². There are old trees in the garden and there is grassland. There is also a barn and a former bread oven.
An extension to the house has recently been built, where the space has considerably increased.
The entrance is through a small hall. From this hall there is access to: the bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasins and shower, a technical room or laundry room and a spacious bedroom with French doors to the garden.
In the large living room, there is a stone fireplace and an authentic natural stone sink. The French doors opens onto the large terrace of approximately 30m². This terrace offers a beautiful view over the landscape, the forest and the garden.
From the living room there is access to the kitchen through a wide opening. This kitchen is modern and spacious.
The staircase in the hall lead to the first floor, with two large bedrooms of 30 and 35m². Between these two bedrooms is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, an extra space of 15 m² and a large dressing room.
The basement is divided into different spaces, the first one is the technical space with a bathroom, the second space is about 50m² and is used as a workshop and then there is a third space.
The garden consists of grassland and trees including apple trees, chestnut trees and oaks. The wooden barn is mainly used for storage and is large enough to park a car. The old bread oven serves as a covered terrace. The garden offers beautiful views of the surroundings.
